Challenge JRECK Subs is a Central and Northern NY franchise restaurant brand who have long had a passionate following among loyal fans (JRECKIES) but were lacking a cohesive social media presence and online audience.
JRECK looked to PHG to help them build out their social platforms and establish a following.
Solution PHG created a presence for JRECK on Facebook and Instagram, quickly developed a playful tone and manner for the brand online through a series of smartly crafted posts, and developed a paid media strategy to boost the posts and rapidly build a following and drive engagement among JRECKIEs and beyond.
In the first 2½ months, the campaign drove 29,868 post reactions, 1,521 post shares, and 1,434 post comments directly from promoted posts. In that same timeframe, when combined with organic engagement, the JRECK Subs Facebook content reached 324,166 unique users, generating a total of 24,566 post reactions, 2,062 shares, and 4,095 comments. The number of users following the JRECK Subs Facebook page increased from 5 to 5,747 followers. The JRECK Subs Instagram grew from 6 to 217 followers.
The campaign CTR outperformed the industry benchmark by 250%, and the CPC outperformed the benchmark by 76%.
