Today’s healthcare headlines highlight inequities in care across communities, and how rising costs have put care out of reach for too many people, for far too long.

With this in mind, Excellus BCBS turned to us to develop and launch a new brand that aligns with their mission and truly brings it to life across the organization and all lines of business. Together, we developed the Everybody Benefits brand campaign. Everybody Benefits expresses how, when health insurers think beyond plans and premiums to support whole health and tackle long-standing issues, entire communities are positively impacted. The new messaging was accompanied by a new visual brand for the organization as well.

The new brand campaign was rolled out in mid 2022 across a variety of media including TV, radio, out-of-home, print, digital, social and even community podcasts. In addition to an overall brand campaign, the new Everybody Benefits message, look and feel has been incorporated across communication for all lines of business, resulting in a significant increase in Excellus BCBS Medicare enrollments year-over-year during the Annual Enrollment Period.
