SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Pinckney Hugo Group, a full-service marketing communications firm, has hired PJ Harlow, of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, as an account manager.
Before joining Pinckney Hugo Group, Harlow was an account executive at Gregory Welteroth Advertising, an advertising agency in Montoursville, Pennsylvania. He has a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg (formerly known as Bloomsburg University) and is expected to graduate in July 2025 with a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University Shreveport.
