SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Pinckney Hugo Group, a full-service marketing communications firm, has hired Jenifer Parsons, of West Leyden, New York, as a media billing specialist.
Prior to joining Pinckney Hugo Group, Parsons was a business analyst at Bartell Machinery Systems in Rome, New York. She also gained experience in financial services and digital marketing at other organizations in the Mohawk Valley region. Parsons has a certification in business analytics from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.
