SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Pinckney Hugo Group, a full-service marketing communications firm, has hired Kaysey Lee, of Syracuse, New York, as a people and operations assistant; and Megan Ruffalo, of Whitesboro, New York, as a junior art director.
Prior to joining Pinckney Hugo Group, Lee was a relationship banker at Citizens Bank, N.A.
Ruffalo has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in visual communication design from Nazareth College.
