SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Pinckney Hugo Group, a full-service marketing communications firm, has promoted Sarah Togni, of Syracuse, New York, to art director.
Togni was previously a junior art director and has been with the agency for over three years. She has a master’s degree in advertising from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and a bachelor’s degree in communications from Le Moyne College.
