Job Purpose
- Responsible for tracking and analyzing the performance and success of digital marketing online campaigns, including client websites, microsites, apps and online marketing campaigns such as AdWords/GDN and social media
- Work in conjunction with media buyers and strategists to discover optimizations and opportunities for digital media accounts
- Monitor brand activity online with the goal of building and maintaining an engaged digital community
- Responsible for analyzing customer data and assisting with customer segmentation strategy processes
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year institution
- Knowledgeable in the digital space & able to draw insights from large amounts of raw data
- Google Analytics certification preferred
- Experience using Google Search Console
Duties
- Monitor website analytics and paid search campaigns for agency clients
- Generate monthly reports for digital clients that include meaningful insights and recommendations through PHG’s digital reporting platform
- Set-up live dashboards for clients to review ongoing campaign elements
- Identify opportunities, concerns and trends within website and digital platform analytics
- Share research findings and best practices including customer insight, benchmarking, and industry updates
