Digital Data Analyst

Digital / Digital Media

Job Purpose

  • Responsible for tracking and analyzing the performance and success of digital marketing online campaigns, including client websites, microsites, apps and online marketing campaigns such as AdWords/GDN and social media
  • Work in conjunction with media buyers and strategists to discover optimizations and opportunities for digital media accounts
  • Monitor brand activity online with the goal of building and maintaining an engaged digital community
  • Responsible for analyzing customer data and assisting with customer segmentation strategy processes

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year institution
  • Knowledgeable in the digital space & able to draw insights from large amounts of raw data
  • Google Analytics certification preferred
  • Experience using Google Search Console

Duties

  • Monitor website analytics and paid search campaigns for agency clients
  • Generate monthly reports for digital clients that include meaningful insights and recommendations through PHG’s digital reporting platform
  • Set-up live dashboards for clients to review ongoing campaign elements
  • Identify opportunities, concerns and trends within website and digital platform analytics
  • Share research findings and best practices including customer insight, benchmarking, and industry updates

Skills/Qualifications

  • Outstanding organizational skills & strong detail management
  • Excellent written and verbal communications ability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is a must
