Job Purpose
This is a part-time position with the possibility of full-time. Currently a remote position with expectation to return to worksite in 2021. In person training for the position will take place at the worksite for 1 to 2 weeks. Weekly schedule will consist of 20-25 hours and pay rate is DOE.
Job duties include verifying and processing invoices, reconciling discrepancies by working directly with vendors and the media department, credit card reconciliation, and other general accounting tasks. This is a highly detail oriented position and requires a great personality and work ethic. We will be evaluating for outstanding organizational skills, strong detail management, and excellent communication skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is a must.
Skills/Qualifications
- Strong accounting background and experience (agency experience is a plus)
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience with Advantage software is a plus, but willing to train
- Ability to adhere to deadlines
- Prioritize work efficiently
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
