SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Pinckney Hugo Group, a full-service marketing communications firm, has hired John Rice, of Oswego, New York, as an assistant media strategist.
Rice is a Google Qualified Individual with certifications in Google Ads Display, Google Analytics IQ and Shopping Ads. Rice has a bachelor’s degree in communication and media studies from Le Moyne College.
