SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Pinckney Hugo Group, a full-service marketing communications firm, has hired Alexia Carr, of Syracuse, New York, as an assistant account manager.
Prior to joining Pinckney Hugo Group, Carr was an operations manager for Amazon. Carr has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
