Pinckney Hugo Group Welcomes Alex Tolbert

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Pinckney Hugo Group, a full-service marketing communications firm, has hired Alex Tolbert, of Horseheads, New York, as a media strategist.

Prior to joining Pinckney Hugo Group, Tolbert worked as an account manager at CloudControlMedia in Rochester, New York. He has a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
